Digitas' product team was tasked with repositioning the Pitney brand as to make evident the contemporary relevance that was masked by an archaic site experience.  Through a  reclassification of product hierarchies, we were able to orient site architecture around the value products and services provide for the Pitney consumer.


By classifying product through use case, we were able to re-contextualize brand sentiment and product value from a consumer perspective.


A comprehensive responsive site launched progressively with the .com redesign also contributed to communicating brand priorities.
